Patients waiting for an appointment
Each patient with the service, the clinician, how they asked, the times that suit them and their priority.
- Up to six open slots proposed for each patient.
- “Accept and book” confirms the appointment and takes them off the list.
Views
Day, week and month. The day by surgery or by clinician, with filters.
Moving an appointment
Drag it to another slot or stretch it. It will not drop on a closed day, a busy surgery, a busy clinician or outside the surgery hours.
Appointment status
Unconfirmed, confirmed, at reception, waiting, in surgery and completed; cancelled and no-show. Colour by status or by treatment.
Surgeries and blocks
Each surgery with its colour, site and opening hours. Blocks without a patient, and public holidays imported by country and region.
Online booking
Appointment requests from the website arrive in an inbox to confirm or decline.
Recurring appointments
From 2 to 26 appointments at the same time, every 1 to 8 weeks. A change applies to that appointment or to the following ones.
