Laboratory orders
Per patient: laboratory, type of work, teeth, VITA shade, delivery date and cost.
- Sent by email with the note and the attachments from the patient record.
- Sent and received; the actual cost corrects the laboratory expense.
Stock
Each item with its family, location and minimum level, by batch and with expiry alerts.
Barcodes
Each item with its code. The scanner goes to the scanned item, also when receiving an order.
Shopping list
Whatever is at or below its minimum. “Order all” leaves a draft order for each supplier.
Purchase orders
Confirmed and received by delivery note, with batch and expiry; anything missing leaves the order partial. The supplier invoice closes it.
Movements and valuation
Every stock movement in and out, and the value of the stock on a given date.
Expenses
With site, category, supplier and VAT, and can be allocated to a treatment. Recurring expenses by period; the laboratory one is created when the service is charged.
