Dexodent is a brand of [RAZÓN SOCIAL], S.L.
Purpose
Dexodent is a management programme for dental and orthodontic clinics and for centres that train their professionals: patient record, appointment book, communications, clinic invoicing and planning support tools. This site and the application are governed by this notice, the terms of use, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Nature of the product
Dexodent is not a medical device and does not bear the CE mark as such. No output of the programme constitutes a diagnosis, a prognosis or a therapeutic decision. The measurements shown in the viewers (3D, CBCT, cephalometry) are approximate values provided as support. Functions assisted by artificial intelligence propose measurements or outlines that the professional must review, correct and validate. Clinical responsibility always lies with the registered healthcare professional who treats the patient.
Intellectual and industrial property
The programme, its code, its design, its texts, the brand and the logos belong to the holder or are used under licence. Their reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited, except as permitted by law. The data, documents and images that the clinic enters belong to the clinic. The data of its patients is processed by the holder on behalf of the clinic, in accordance with the data processing agreement.
Liability
The holder uses reasonable means to keep the service available and secure, but does not guarantee that there will be no interruptions or errors. It is not liable for the content that clinics enter or for the clinical use they make of the results. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; the holder does not control their content.
Commercial communications
Commercial communications are not sent by email unless the recipient has previously requested or authorised them, except to customers regarding services similar to those they contracted (art. 21 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI)). You may unsubscribe at any time by writing to info@dexodent.com.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Spanish law. For any dispute, the courts and tribunals of the holder's registered office, unless the service contract provides otherwise or a mandatory rule sets a different forum.
