Security and data

Who signs in and what they saw

What the software does today to look after patient data.

Access log of a sample patient record: who opened it and when.
  • Two-step verification

Each person can protect their account with a code from their phone, in addition to the password, and keep backup codes.

  • Roles and permissions

Each person sees and does what their position needs. There are ready-made roles and others can be created to fit.

  • Access log

Each patient record keeps who opened it and when, and the clinic has a log of activity.

  • Company sign-in

Groups that already have a single sign-on system can sign in with it.

  • Your data is yours

The clinic can export its data to a file whenever it wants.
