Teaching
For orthodontic teaching with anonymised cases
A read-only student role and a search of anonymised cases by their clinical and cephalometric data, with the same tools the practice uses.

Screens of the software with sample data.
Search of anonymised cases
Each case carries the study pseudonym, age band, sex, skeletal class, Angle malocclusion, SNA, SNB, ANB and missing teeth. No name, no date of birth, no practice.
- Search by pseudonym, class or age band
- Criteria: aged 18 to 25, skeletal Class II, women, no missing teeth
- Sortable columns to compare the cohort

The same clinical tools
Students study the case with the cephalometry, 3D models, CBCT and photographs the practice uses, within what their role allows.
- Cephalometric tracing with measurements by clinical area

Student role
Views patients, appointments and treatments and changes nothing: not the practice settings, the inventory or the rota.
Anonymisation
Age is given in bands and the identifier belongs to the study, not the patient: a case does not lead to any record.
Calculated ANB
ANB is calculated from SNA and SNB and is not stored separately, so it cannot contradict them.
Saved searches
The criteria and text of a search are saved under a name and recalled later. Cases are not saved: they come up again when searching.
CSV export
The cohort is exported as CSV with comma and decimal point, as R or SPSS read it, with up to 1,000 cases per file and only the anonymised columns.
Export log
Each export is recorded in the audit log with the search criteria and the number of cases.
